City Change's Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h1>

CityChange is part of Manifesta ApS incorporated in Denmark. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use the CityChange app.<\/p>

What data do we collect?<\/h4>

Manifesta ApS collects the following data:<\/p>

  1. Personal identification information (name and email address), as shared with us by you.<\/li>
  2. Approximate geographic coordinates for your residence, as shared with us by you.<\/li>

    You directly provide CityChange with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:<\/p>

    1. Create an account in the app<\/li>
    2. Place a vote on an area in the app<\/li>
    3. Make a suggestion in the app<\/li>
    4. Comment on an area or suggestion in the app<\/li>
    5. Like or dislike a comment or suggestion in the app<\/li><\/ol>

      How will we use your data?<\/h4>

      We collect your data so that we can:<\/p>

      1. Anonymously aggregate votes, likes and suggestions for use in sentiment analysis.<\/li>
      2. Compile a list of of suggestions made by the users of the app.<\/li>
      3. Email you news about CityChange and\/or suggestions and geographical areas you have expressed an interest in. You can opt-out of this at any time.<\/li><\/ol>

        How do we store your data?<\/h4>
        1. We securely store your data at a server situated in Germany.<\/li>
        2. Our server uses SSL encryption via https protocol.<\/li>
        3. We will keep your voting, liking, commenting and suggestion data indefinitely in order for us track to changes over time, i.e. for statistical purposes.<\/li><\/ol>

          Marketing<\/h4>

          We may send you information about CityChange that we think you might be interested in. You may opt-out of this at any time. You have the right at any time to stop CityChange from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, you can remove yourself from our list using the link at the bottom of any email received from us.<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:<\/p>
